Lynn O'Conner

President and CEO

Lynn O'Connor became Ingleside’s President & CEO in 2010, where she leads Ingleside, the parent company; its not-for-profit’s communities & affiliates: Ingleside at Rock Creek, Westminster at Lake Ridge, Ingleside at King Farm; Westminster Ingleside Foundation; Ingleside at Home; and WING, Ingleside’s for-profit real estate development company. Lynn has led aging services organizations since 1980, serving as President & CEO for Frasier (CO); President & CEO, The Washington Home & Community Hospices (VA, MD & DC); Executive Director, Asbury Methodist Village (MD); Superintendent, Buttonwood (NJ); Administrator, Rittenhouse Care Center (PA); and Administrator in Training, Key Circle Hospice (MD). She has a Master in Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University, a B.S. in Health Care Management from St. Joseph’s University, and Certification in Long Term Care Administration from the University of Maryland. She is a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) in MD; former LNHA in PA, NJ, and Washington D.C., and is a Certified Aging Services Professional. O’Connor serves on the Presbyterian Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (PAHSA) Board of Directors; chaired the Maryland Assisted Living Task Force which created MD Assisted Living regulations; served on boards and their committees, e.g., LeadingAge NJ, MD, and CO; American Health Care Association (AHCA); LeadingAge House of Delegates, chairing its Governance Task Force.

Dusanka Delovska-Trajkova

Chief Information Officer

Dusanka Delovska-Trajkova has more than 25 years experience in computer science and automation in variety of environments, corporate, government, educational and nonprofit in Macedonia and USA. Dusanka attended Sts. Cyril and Methodius University in Macedonia and graduated with an electrical engineering degree back in the time when computer science and automation were described as part of the electrical engineering programs.

Dusanka came to the United States in 2000 after the war in Kosovo. Once in the States, she worked for the Council on Foundations. She returned to Macedonia in 2006 to accept a position as counselor to the president of Sts. Cyril, working to consolidate the IT system between 23 schools. After that, Dusanka returned to America and was working at the Pew Research Center when she heard about a position at a start-up in Rockville, Maryland. She had always worked for established organizations, and the idea of building something from the ground up was exciting.

As IT Director, Dusanka was instrumental in helping to build Ingleside at King Farm into the successful community it is today. She was promoted to Chief Information Officer at Ingleside, where she brings her vision and energy to developing technologies that will be a part of the business and life strategies for Ingleside, Ingleside communities and affiliates. Her focus is to help each community adapt to new organizational innovations and to develop and execute new business strategies.

Timothy L. Myers

Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Tim Myers comes to Ingleside after having served eight years as CFO for the Philadelphia-based Kendal Corporation. Prior to Kendal, he spent nearly 10 years as CFO, chief operating officer, and partner for New Life Management and Development of Mount Laurel, N.J. Earlier in his career, he worked a year as director of special projects with Marriott Senior Living Services, and 10 years as a senior manager for KPMG. Myers holds a BA in Accounting from Lycoming College in Williamsport, Pa. He is a member of the Financial Advisory Panel of the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities – Continuing Care Accreditation Commission (CARF-CCAC). He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).

Monique Eliezer

Chief Officer of Sales, Marketing, and Strategy

Monique Eliezer has 20 years of experience in sales and strategy, first becoming Vice President of Sales in a for profit business that she helped develop to an international business, and now as Chief of Sales, Marketing & Strategies for Ingleside's leadership team. As a speaker of many languages, she has lived and worked in different countries helping American companies expand during the formation of the European Union.

Later, Monique fell in love with the senior living arena, working in different communities across the country. She made the commitment to this evolving, growing industry, becoming a Certified Aging Service Professional (CASP).

During the opening and fill-up of Ingleside at King Farm, Monique was Director of Sales. Then, in July 2012 she accepted an offer from the President and CEO to broaden her work to sales, marketing and strategies for all the Ingleside affiliates. Her favorite aspects of the job are being part of the engagement of the residents and staff and nurturing the growth of the organization. She has a BA in Journalism and course work for a Master of International Business from Brazil.

Monique Eliezer

Managing Principal, Westminster Ingleside Group (WING)

Tom Seybold is an Architect/Engineer, Attorney and Real Estate Development Professional whose background includes 30 years of General Contracting, Program Management and Owner's Representation.

Prior to joining WING, Mr. Seybold was the Managing Principal of Strategic Project Solutions, LLC, a professional real estate development practice serving Owners who appreciated their projects being delivered on-time, under budget, per scope and with minimal risk.

Mr. Seybold has a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University, College of Engineering, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore, School of Law. He is a member of the Maryland Bar and an adjunct professor of Construction Management.

Monique Eliezer

Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance

Sam has more than 30 years of acute and post-acute healthcare experience. He is known as an effective collaborator and builder of high performance leadership teams and strategies that result in growing organizations. Sam's strategic focus is centered on recruiting, retaining and maximizing colleague talent in the rapidly changing post-acute world. Throughout his career, he has trained hundreds of leaders how to retain top talent in a competitive environment.

Earlier in his career, Sam focused on “speed to value” building his reputation on understanding the strategic needs of the organization and implementing tactics that produce a winning culture.

Sam is the recipient of the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration’s President's Award for Outstanding Leadership. He has been a national speaker for Long Term Care and Senior Living CXO Summit, The American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration, Leading Age National Conference and Leading Age of Michigan. Sam is the past President of Michigan’s Healthcare Human Resources Association.

Sam attended the University of Michigan’s Executive Education program for Strategic Human Resources Planning, and he was awarded his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources from Oakland University.  

Monique Eliezer

Vice President of Operations

An accomplished Heath Care Aging Services Leader with the vision and insight to strategically plan, direct and facilitate company operations to capitalize on emerging business opportunities, Christine L. Podles has over 25 years of experience. Prior to her role as Vice President of Operations, Christine was the Executive Director at Ingleside at King Farm. Her keen expertise has led re-design efforts to support business growth, implement and manage change to drive organizational performance and enhance revenue streams.  Christine’s proficiency in providing leadership to achieve strategic realignment and organization drove the prior 17 years she spent with Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Maryland, managing the daily operations of The Neighborhoods at St. Elizabeth and overseeing of The Green House Residences, a state-of-the-art project of cultural change in aging services, created by Dr. Bill Thomas, founder of The Eden Alternative. She holds a Masters of Arts degree from the prestigious Erickson School for the Management of Aging Services and Bachelors of Science in Communication and Marketing from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois.  Christine holds the designation of Health Service Executive and is a licensed nursing home administrator in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia.  She is a Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement Certified Professional and a LEAN facilitator.  She served as chair of the Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators in Maryland and is currently serving as a trustee on the LifeSpan Board.

Douglas C. Myers
President and CEO Westminster Ingleside Foundation

Doug Myers has 25 years of experience in development work supporting the missions of not-for-profit health care and educational organizations. He has experience in annual giving, major & planned gifts, special events, campaigns, and foundation operations. Doug has led the Asbury Foundation since July 2001 and enjoys working with each Asbury Affiliate. He successfully completed the Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE) exam in 1998 and has given presentations at numerous professional educational conferences. In May 2012, Doug was an orientation presenter for new professionals at the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy Conference in Alexandria, VA. He has volunteered his service with the American Red Cross and the Carroll County Public School Foundation. Doug and his wife Ellen live in Mount Airy, Maryland and have two sons and two daughters.
